In 1324, the first murder of a woman on accusations of witchcraft was carried out. Since then the life of thousands of women would be truncated during the next 300 years. The church and the monarchies were dedicated to torture and murder those women who had ancestral, natural, and spiritual knowledge. These women represented a threat to the oppressors’ plans for power and domination, plunging to people into ignorance and the worshiping of false deities.
